Metal dust collection system is specially designed to handle metal dust generated in mechanical processing lines such as: lathes, metal ball mill, cutting machines, drills, grinders, CNC machines, etc.
As you know, the process of manufacturing and processing mechanical products always generates a lot of metal dust, metal dust is characterized by large weight, lots of grease adhering to the processing machine. put metal dust collection system to recover and minimize factory environment pollution caused by this dust.

TECHNOLOGY OF METAL DUST SYSTEM
A complete metal vacuum system consists of the following main components:

– Wind pipe: normally used round wind pipes made of stainless steel or painted black special steel to resist abrasion due to friction of metal dust particles. The air duct fittings must also ensure smooth, smooth and absolute tightness. Limit the use of gasket joints to ensure that it does not hinder the movement of dust particles.

– Exhaust fan: is a type of high-pressure centrifugal fan to ensure sufficient pressure braking resistance of dust particles.
– Cyclone sorting: dust particles passing through exhaust fans will move spiral in the cyclone. Clean air moves to the top of the cyclone, while heavy dust falls to the bottom of the cyclone funnel. Here, dust particles are retained and periodically discharged into the dust tray. When customers have special requirements for air cleanliness, a cutting-dust filter system will be installed inside the cyclone to enhance dust filtration.
Baghouse metal dust collection system – Total capacity of 75 kW
Metal dust treatment systems use Cyclone coagulation technology to filter dust or use cloth bag dust filters, or a combination of both to increase filtration efficiency. Along with that, the vibrating device with a pneumatic bag helps the system to recover dust by up to 98% through dust collector, screw, star valve.
Transportation of systems to installation by specialized vehicles
Metal vacuum systems have been manufactured and installed by STC Vietnam for many factories in large industrial areas.

We are committed to the above products are manufactured / assembled at STC Việt Nam’s factory. All of our products are guaranteed to be genuine at the factory for at least 12 months, and may take longer depending on customer requirements. All problems related to the product will be solved within 48 hours.
Mechanical processing workshops often generate metal dust. These dust are generated during the process of cutting, grinding, polishing the product. Metal dust, if not collected, will adversely affect the health of workers. Therefore, collecting and handling metal dust is an issue that needs to be concerned in parallel with the production process.

– Executing, installing and adjusting metal dust collection system.
