Generator maintenance process

Over a long period of time, the machine needs to be maintained to be ready for all purposes of the user, and the life of the machine depends on whether the user chooses the correct maintenance plan or not.

With over 10 years of experience and operation, we have installed more than 15,000 machines in all provinces in Vietnam. We have repaired and repaired factory, bank, workshop and industrial zones. We propose maintenance and operation of the machine with the following contents:
Check the entire body.

  The starter consists of a power source and accessories

+ For start-up sources: The type of battery GS GS or DongNai, with the current from 70 to 200A, the pulp of the machine how much capacity installed for the machine.

 Starters: Manual and Auto start controls, operating conditions are guaranteed in accordance with the Diesel engine’s operating conditions.

  Filtration, Lubrication and Fuel: Remember to use 25-40W Diesel type lubricants, and equipment including oil filter, oil filter, water purifier, and classified as Genuine, FleetGuard, Doanldson, Johndeere. We use the best accessories.

+ Fuel for diesel is DO or outside the gasoline plants called diesel.

  Control panel: Generally the control panel generators are Cummins, Deepsea, Comap Interlli, Datakom.

  The control panel is available for comprehensive viscosity testing, water temperature, machine speed is usually 1500 RPM, will give the voltage level is 50Hz.

+ Check the voltage of the pot with 12 Vdc normally 15 Vdc, and 24 Vdc with 27 Vdc.

  When the low voltage is not used for a long time without a spare charger, the voltage is reduced and the machine can not be started.

  Comprehensive inspection of the machine including: body, electric power cable, drilling head, water tank to see whether insect mite nest before or after operation.

  Regular inspection is checked monthly or every 2 weeks.

  Ensure the machine is ready and operating.
